What is a Sister Circle? What can I expect by attending?
A sister circle is a safe space to come together in community with other women of any age or background to connect deeply with each other and to ourselves. We would like to invite you to gather with us to move, reflect and connect, to find joy, empowerment, support, and inspiration. Through guided gentle movement (yoga or dance), journaling, sharing and connection, we co-create a sense of belonging and shared leadership, so we may rise together.
There will be light refreshments and hot tea. We encourage you to bring your own mug to help us reduce our waste.

• Guided Movement (gentle yoga)
• Reflection/Journaling (guided journaling recognizing and honoring the women who've helped shape our lives)
• Refreshments and connection and conversation
Things to bring
• an open heart
• a mat
• a journal and pen
• a mug (we'll have paper mugs, but help us reduce our waste)
• something to bring to the circle to share your energy - perhaps it's a favorite rock you found, or a crystal. This is completely optional, no pressure!
