The Knights of Columbus will be sponsoring a bike and sewing machine collection for "Pedals for Progress" (www.p4p.org) this Saturday, Sept. 14th from 9 AM to 11 AM at Paul's Car Wash at 1261 Main Street, Fairfax, Vermont. Used and unwanted bicycles and sewing machines will be shipped to developing countries around the world. Last year all bikes and sewing machines were shipped to Albania.

We ask bikes be in reasonable condition and sewing machines be in working condition. We ask for a $20 donation with each item to help defray the tremendous cost of shipping. Your donation will go a long way to help a struggling family earn and income and become self-sufficient.
