Join regional community and economic development partners at one or more of these upcoming sessions to review and discuss the proposed 2024-2029 Southern Vermont Zone Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS).
Meetings take place on Wednesday 9/25, in Manchester (12pm) and Bennington (6 pm); and on Thursday 9/26 at Wilmington (8 am), Brattleboro (12 pm), and Bellows Falls (6 pm). There will be a virtual option on Monday 9/30 at 6 pm.
Input from local residents -- including community volunteers, municipal leaders, business owners, and anyone else who is interested in shaping the future direction of the region -- is critical to informing this important strategic plan that helps us achieve the vision of the Southern VT Economic Development Zone: "In 2030, the Zone will be home to a resilient, creative, and inclusive community in which businesses and people thrive and prosper."
In the meeting, we'll review the progress made on the 2019-2023 CEDS objectives, and look at what goals, strategies and objectives should guide our work as a region for the next 5 years.
