Come celebrate the Autumn Equinox together while receiving renewing energy from an immersive sound bath. Take some time for yourself to recharge, balance, & usher in the new season.

The evening will include a guided meditation & sound bath. Multiple healing instruments will be played throughout the evening. Those instruments include crystal singing bowls, a steel tongue drum, a gong, tuning forks, a buffalo drum, shakers and others.

The purpose of a sound bath is to help participants reach a deep state of meditation so they can relax, lower stress levels which allow their body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate. This is a group event where each participant brings whatever they need to create a cozy space lying down in the cafe ready to receive the vibrations.

Please bring a mat, blanket, eye pillow & pillow to make yourself comfortable.
