Every month we each prepare a different recipe from the same cookbook and bring our dish to the library for a potluck dinner.

Sign up for a single session or become one of our regulars. This month's featured cookbook is "Amrikan: 125 Recipes from the Indian American Diaspora" by Khushbu Shah. Amrikan has been praised by Epicurious as one of the best new cookbooks this summer and Amazon has named it one of the best food/cooking books of 2024 so far!

This cookbook includes recipes for dishes such as masala deviled eggs, tandoori chicken wings, butter chicken pizza, samosa pinwheels, and . . . Mexican pizza? (According to the author, "If there is one thing that bonds Indian families in America, it is Taco Bell.")
