Hello South Burlington Neighbors,

September is here already and the Champlain Valley Lions are gearing up to start their yearly Vision Screening Program in 13 local schools, screening between 3 and 4,000 students. If you would like to view the equipment, see how it works, it will be at our Meeting on Monday evening.

More good news, we accomplished our 1,000 pounds of plastics goal and a new Trex bench will be installed within a few days on the bike/walking path off Spear St. Please enjoy your new resting area in your travels!

Our sincere thanks to everyone who stopped by our information table at the Shelburne Farmers Market, and to those who dropped off the used eyeglasses or hearing aids, they will go to good use for someone!
