Elmore Fall Foliage Festival October 5 – Call to Participate

The Elmore Store is looking for Elmore organizations, agencies, individuals and businesses: this is your chance for free publicity, showcasing your wares, bragging about your services, showing off your talent, raising money, educating, providing a fun activity and connecting with community members. You can donate to help with expenses of the Festival or sell your wares. Please let us know by September 13 in order to organize and market this wonderful event.

The Elmore Store is organizing the Elmore Fall Foliage Festival to bring Elmore residents and friends together to show off what a terrific community Elmore is. If you decide to have a booth, it would be great to provide an activity. Activities can be fundraising, a fun craft, a demo, quiz, guess how many jelly beans in the jar, etc. The possibilities are endless. There is no fee to have a booth. Instead, we appreciate receiving a raffle item for our Fall Foliage Raffle. Please take the raffle item to The Elmore Store.

This is not a venue for political campaigning or religious solicitation.

If anyone is interested in helping with the organization of this event, please contact Judy as soon as possible. Let's make this a wonderful community celebration for Elmore.
