Iron Farmer at American Flatbread, Nov. 19

Past event
Nov 19, 2014

On Wednesday, November 19th from 6:30PM to 7:45PM SunCommon presents the first Iron Farmer Competition at American Flatbread in Middlebury! RSVP Here: http://bit.ly/IronFarmer

In the red corner are Mike and Beth Davis of Stonefold Beef, and in the blue corner are Paul Vaczy and Barb Karle of Whip-Poor-Will Ledge Farm. Both raise some pretty tasty beef, and both barns are powered by the sun with SunCommon. The only thing to decide now is who is the Iron Farmer: Mark at American Flatbread will be the chef and you will decide whose meat is the tastiest! The event is free and SunCommon will buy your first cider, beer or wine!

I (RJ Adler) will be there from SunCommon to tell you about how Mike, Beth, Paul, Barb, and their cattle went solar at no upfront cost. You can ask how they enjoyed the process. Also, if you like their beef so much that you want to take some home you can chat with any of the farmers about prices and availability.

Lastly, Colin Davis, Mike and Beth's son, and owner of Shacksbury Cider will also be there. Wash down your local beef with some local cider. And guess what, it's all solar powered!

So, where's the beef?
