Wednesday, September 18, 2024, from 5 to 7:30 PM the City of Burlington will host the Memorial Block Redevelopment Open House public event in the Reading Room of the Fletcher Free Library.

This Open House is the first opportunity for public engagement in this early phase of the work outlined in the March 2024 Pre-Development Agreement with private partners Eric Farrell and Joseph Larkin.

At this Open House guests will have the opportunity to engage with residents, local businesses, city staff and project partners to discuss the framework for the community's vision for the proposed redevelopment of the Memorial Block. This project is a related component of the extensive ongoing due diligence work outlined in the Pre-Development Agreement.

More details will be shared in the coming weeks before the event through the project webpage, emails and social media resources.
