Join us for the annual rewatch of Hocus Pocus on the Danville Town Green at Route 2 and Peacham Road near the Gazebo at 6:00pm on Saturday, October 12th followed by the sequel! FREE admission and FREE popcorn. Other snacks and drinks available for purchase by donation, no tickets necessary.
From 4pm to 6pm, we will have a bounce house for the kiddos plus fun picture spots and spooky music until the movie starts. NEK Catering will be there with their food truck starting at 4pm so come early for bouncing fun and dinner! More fun games and things to be announced soon...
Costume Contest - dress up as your favorite Hocus Pocus character or just a really cool halloween costume for a chance to win a movie book from Star Theater! Be there no later than 5:45pm, our judges will pick the top 3 winners for prizes.
After moving to Salem, Mass., teenager Max Dennison (Omri Katz) explores an abandoned house with his sister Dani (Thora Birch) and their new friend, Allison (Vinessa Shaw). After dismissing a story Allison tells as superstitious, Max accidentally frees a coven of evil witches (Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy) who used to live in the house. Now, with the help of a magical cat, the kids must steal the witches' book of spells to stop them from becoming immortal.
