Every Tuesday and Thursday Quahog Dance meets from 10 - 11:30 am at Catamount Arts in the Cabaret Room on the first floor. This program is free and open to all over 18 but we love senior citizens!!! Come join us and make new friends as we keep moving for fun and health benefits. Wear comfortable clothing. We warm up seated then do folk, line dance and ballroom styles and love requests. We start October 1st.
