Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM tea/coffee, snacks & lunch included
and Sunday 9 AM – noon (morning treats included)
Join the Sweetwater Staff for 11 hours of yoga and wellness to celebrate this important time of year. Imagine a full day and a half of contemplating how you can encourage a more peaceful world and enhancing your transition from Summer to Fall through movement, meditation, writing, aromatherapy, and sound. Register NOW as space is limited (must have minimum of 5 participants for Retreat to run).
