The faith communities of Eden, Hyde Park, Johnson, Morrisville, North Hyde Park, Stowe, and Wolcott will host a half-hour Vigil for Peace and Thanksgiving on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. After gathering at Veteran’s Park, at the cross roads of Park St. and Elmore Rd. in Morrisville, there will be a short, silent walk along Main St in Morrisville that will end at the First Congregational Church. All will then enter the sanctuary of the First Congregational Church, where a time for readings, silence, music, and the sharing of peace will close out the vigil.
