WindowDressers is a nonprofit organization that trains volunteers to build low-cost insulating window inserts for residents (or free for low-income folks).
Help with the Community Build.
Sign up for one or more 4-hour shifts and learn one simple step in the insert-building process. The steps are easy to learn and can accommodate a wide range of skills and abilities. You will be trained at the beginning of your shift on how to do your task. Snacks and a meal are provided for all participants.
