My family and I recently moved to Essex from Cabot, VT, and have noticed a number of fellow bike riders in the area and wanted to share details about this excellent event that I still help coordinate.

We hope that you join us for Cabot Ride the Ridges on Sunday, September 8th! Cabot Ride the Ridges is a volunteer-organized gravel bike ride event. We offer 4 different ride distances - 100k, 60k, 30k, and a family-friendly 10k. All proceeds for this event go directly to the Cabot Mentoring Program, which pairs adults with area children for adult mentorship opportunities.

There are multiple aid stations along the way for each of the ride distances. Post-ride, we feed our riders Woodbelly wood-fired pizza, Burtt's donuts, apples and apple cider, Jasper Hill and Cabot cheeses, Magic Spoon Bakery bars, and shots of Talbert's maple syrup. Come help us celebrate cycling the beautiful back roads of Cabot!
