3.) Loren Palmer: The applicants are requesting a revision to a previously approved subdivision for the purpose of relocating the wastewater easement from Lot 1 to Lot 2 of the Palmer subdivision. Property Location: 2693 Shelburne Falls Road in the Agricultural Zoning District

4.) Craig Martin/Neville Companies - The applicants are requesting conditional use review for the demolition of a pre-1940 accessory structure on their property at 10750 VT Route 116 in the Village Zoning District.

5.) Haystack Crossing LLC/Town of Hinesburg (Recreational Fields) - The Town of Hinesburg and Haystack Crossing LLC have a proposal for a recreational field area. The reviews necessary include: 2-lot subdivision final plat, site plan, conditional use for development in a flood hazard area and conditional use for development in a stream buffer. This property is located on the west side of VT Route 116 and south side of Shelburne Falls Road in the Agricultural Zoning District.
