I offer up accompaniment for deep, internal listening and gentle guidance to move what no longer serves you while freeing up more attention and energy for resiliency and possibility.

Honoring all bodies and experiences and centering those impacted by the floods and other disasters, folks experiencing poverty, queer and trans and racialized bodies.

Clinic is from 10-4 at 81 N. Main St Barre. Folks can sign up for one on one 45 minute masked sessions on the below calendly link or call Rainbow Bridge (802-622-0692) the day of for remaining appointments.
