4. Decision Deliberation:
• Patricia O'Donnell & Jim Donovan - Final Plat - 17-22-62.300: For a three-lot subdivision of a 23.55-acre property located on the south side of CVU Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on August 20, 2024.
• Champlain Valley School District - Site Plan - 16-20-46.000: To upgrade storm water treatment at Champlain Valley High School on the 80.50-acre school property located at 369 CVU Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on August 20, 2024.
