5:15 Highway report and FEMA update including discussion of the 2024 Hurricane Beryl Emergency Declaration and matters regarding the 2023 flood. Signing the Grants in Aid Agreement for FY25 in the amount of $12,000 for Municipal Roads General Permit costs. Action likely.
