Organic Cooking Classes at Faywood Gardens

Faywood Gardens & Kitchen is happy to announce their ongoing Organic Cooking Classes! Every Sunday from 4 - 7pm, come and join us in our renovated historic kitchen. Each class will focus on a different menu, focusing on knife skills and helpful kitchen tips. Students are encouraged to participate in the preparation of the meal, and are welcome to bring along a bottle of wine or beer to enjoy during the class. Recipes will be available for students to take home with them. All of our ingredients are organic, and also locally produced when we available.
This week, Sunday Dec 16, the menu will start with Vegetable Crudite with Thai Peanut Dip, and follow with the main meal of Roasted Squash and Kale Galette with Carottes Rapees.
