Reiki & Restorative Yoga

Join me for a 75min restorative yoga practice infused with reiki to promote deep relaxation as you rest in supported poses.

Restorative yoga is a practice of slow rest that allows the body to release chronic holding patterns, while reiki is a healing energy that promotes calm & balance physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This class is appropriate for all levels.
