Introduction to Mindfulness Practices in Nature

This experience offers a sampler of practices to more meaningfully connect and relax with Nature. When we mindfully tune into all of our senses, we can feel connection to our world in eye-opening ways. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, "forest bathing", you'll be guided through a sensory-awakening meditation and invitations that offer ways to deeply, playfully, and easefully connect with Nature. Take home new practices to find joy and relaxation through immersing oneself fully where you are, with all your heart and body.
