Join us for a monthly gathering to connect with others from the Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community. Our goal is simple: to bring people together and strengthen our local community. We do this at Gather, 48 Merchants Row in downtown Middlebury.
No need to be a Zen practitioner—everyone is welcome, whether you're a newcomer, someone from another faith tradition, or have no spiritual background at all. Whether you're part of BLMZC, curious about meditation, or just want to get to know your neighbors, this gathering is for you.
We open our doors to everyone for an evening of good food, conversation, and relaxed time together. There is an opportunity for brief meditation instruction at 5:30 for anyone who might be interested. Otherwise, come between 5:30 and 6. We'll go til 7-ish.
Feel free to bring something to share, bring a friend, or simply bring yourself, just as you are.
