Sandgaters, please join us this Saturday (10:00am) at the Sandgate Community Table (SCT) breakfast gathering.
Saturday's gathering is an important one to attend because we'll be digging into emergency preparedness, building personal and community resilience, and activating response options during emergencies like floods and forest fires.
Dee Myrvang, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, from the Vermont Department of Health will share advice on how you can be better prepared, especially during those first 72 hours of a natural disaster.
All Sandgate residents are welcome and encouraged to participate in the monthly Sandgate Community Table gatherings. It's a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, make new friends and to learn about our community.
We'll have yummy baked goods by our resident baker, Jessica Lewis Stevens, and other SCT attendees.
