North end of Orchard Road

The neighborhood association will provide:
• A variety of burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, buns, condiments
• Lemonade, Water, Soda, Beer

Please bring:
• Appetizer, side dish or dessert for 8 - 12, including a serving utensil – please label if the dish has meat, dairy or nuts
• Lawn chairs. Please leave dogs at home.
• A donation to cover the cost of the beer and burgers, and to allow us to continue this annual neighborhood tradition. $10 per household suggested – what you give is up to you.

• We need people to set up & clean up
• We need volunteers for help at the grill

• Pop-up tents for rain (if needed)
• Coolers for beverages (4)
• Sturdy folding tables for food (3)
• Grills (2)
