On Saturday, November 15 at 3:00 at the Martha Canfield library, you can learn some unusual facts about the long history of games (What game brought the US Congress to a standstill?), how our culture is depicted by the art on game boards and boxes, and learn to play some very interesting games. Martha Folsom, game collector, former owner of a specialty game store in Sunderland, and former president of The Association of Game & Puzzle Collectors will lead this fun program.
