Come find out what it means to volunteer to become a Guardian ad Litem!
There are approximately 1,000 children in the family court system in Vermont. Volunteers are needed to become court-appointed advocates for children who have been abused, neglected, delinquent or in the middle of a custody dispute.
Learn how you can apply, get training and become a voice for a child in need.
Contribute to the well-being of that child by helping them achieve permanency quickly.
Come join us, talk to volunteers in your community, and find out how you can become a Guardian ad Litem.
An open house will be held at the Rutland Family Court, 9 Merchants Row on Wednesday, November 19th from 2-4 pm.
