We will sink deeply into the layers of late summer, align with our hearts and be present with the changing season.
Enjoy an all-levels gentle flow in harmony with birdsong, the mountains and waters around us. We will release the fiery energy of summer and listen to what wants to emerge as we head toward Autumn.
Gather in the late summer sun with wonderful souls, on a breezy treetop yoga platform overlooking Blueberry Lake.
This will be a gentle flow style class, thoughtfully curated, with modifications given for all abilities.
Beginners are more than welcome. Of course I will bring all the goodies:
Yummy oils, medicine cards and things to enhance our practice.
Bring a friend or two and join us for a beautiful practice,
$20 suggested donation (cash/ check/ venmo)
Bring your own mat, water bottle, and layers
9:30-10:45 am (feel free to arrive at 9:15 to set up your space)
