With classic Vermont summer weather in the forecast for this Sunday, an ecumenical worship service will be held outdoors on the spacious south lawn at the United Community Church. The St. J. Jazz Quartet will play selections by Duke Ellington, Billy Taylor, and Alma Androzzo, and accompany the hymns. Lynn Jones, moderator of the Florida Conference of the United Church of Christ, will offer reflections on "Extravagant Welcome."

In addition to the UCC host church, St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Universalist-Unitarian Congregation of St. Johnsbury, Danville Congregational Church, and Third Congregational Church (East St. Johnsbury) will be joining in worship. Feel free to bring your own comfortable lawn chairs.
