Kid’s Night Out for 7th and 8th Grade Students

December’s Kid’s Night Out is designed for 7th and 8th grade students. Class will begin with a yoga practice that incorporates partner and group poses. The practice will end with breath work, key poses for focus and sleep, and a sweet savasana. You will build strength and flexibility in your mind and body through this empowering practice.
The event starts at 6:00 with practice beginning promptly at 6:20. We will end at 8:00. Cost is $7.00.
A healthy snack and tea will be provided. Please let us know of any food allergies or restrictions.
