Genealogy Educational Opportunities November 15, 2014

Most genealogists want to increase their understanding of the latest tools and techniques. Fortunately, lots of educational opportunities exist at various price points and levels of difficulty. In this talk Ed McGuire will cover many of the options available. He will identify some free, online resources as well as conferences, webinars and genealogical institutes. Considerations like cost, workload, quality, travel requirements and prerequisites will be covered as well. Classes are held at the Vermont Genealogy Library located on Hegeman Ave, Fort Ethan Allen, Colchester, across from the State Police Building. Classes are from 10:30 to noon and are $5.00.
