Taco Salad, Taco chips, Lemonade and Seltzer, Churro Bars with Ice Cream
The Taco salad has lots of delicious toppings: lettuce, beans, corn tomatoes, olives, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and beef or turkey.

As noted in our great local paper, The Charlotte News, when the New York Times offered a recipe for taco salad, readers offered some unusual comments:
*This is the quintessential Seventh-day Adventist meal.
*Add half-and-half mix of Thousand Island dressing and a host-as-you-like-it salsa.
*French dressing takes it up a notch.
*Needs to be accompanied by a margarita.

At Monday Munch volunteer cooks will offer a great taco salad without Thousand Island or French Dressing. And no margaritas. But there will be lemonade and seltzer. Plus churro bars with ice cream.
