Starting on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024, we will be offering a fitness class specifically tailored to people ages 55 and older with limited strength and conditioning experience. With a focus on healthspan, longevity and independence, we will teach, practice and strengthen the foundational movement patterns. Participants can expect to increase mobility and strength, improve balance balance and stability and gain greater connection with their bodies and their peers by consistently attending classes.
Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 PM.
