Are you passionately curious and interested in what you can do and say to help support healthy relationships at home in your communities?
If so, you are warmly invited to join Dr. Polly Young-Eisendrath and myself for a course entitled "Ride the Waves: Learn How to Thrive in Disagreement, Differences, & Conflict."
This course, which consists of 5 weekends over the next several months will be held at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Vermont starting on September 21st and 22nd!
Real Dialogue is a movement to counteract stereotyping, racism, bias, polarization, and dehumanization. Conflict and difference are a natural part of our lives, but what we do with them is critically important. Healthy conflict leads to growth and insight, but unhealthy conflict (conflict avoidance or repetitive conflict) leads to defensiveness, enemy-making and destruction.
The Osher Center for Integrative Health's mission is to advance whole person integrative health through education, clinical care, research, and policy to equitably transform our healthcare system towards one that heals the whole person and is aligned with planetary health.
