Mindful Minute columnist Jon Heydenreich will lead an inter-denominational service at the Halifax Union Society this Sunday, August 18, at 5PM. The service will include a discussion of the mindful role to be played by a small summer church like the Union Society in the spiritual life of the community.
This is the third in a series of four bi-weekly services led by Heydenreich at the Union Society. The fourth will be held on September 1.
The Union Society has organized inter-denominational services for 133 years. The Society has no creed and welcomes people of all denominations or no particular denomination who wish to join with others to gain perspective and inner renewal. We are open and welcoming to all.
We are located at 44 Stowe Mountain Road in Halifax Center, two miles south of the Halifax School and town office. For further information, write to HalifaxUnionSociety@gmail.com or go to Facebook or Google Maps.
