4. Champlain Valley School District - Site Plan - 16-20-46.000: To upgrade storm water treatment at Champlain Valley High School on the 80.50-acre school property located at 369 CVU Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District.
5. Decision Deliberation:
• Susan Vaccarelli & Phil Seeley – Sketch Plan - 17-20-81.000: For a 2-lot subdivision of a 2.10-acre property to create a new developable 1-acre lot, located at 175 (now 201) Richmond Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Public hearing was closed on August 6, 2024.
