Once again this year Northfield Activity Group (NAG) will be holding it's Annual Corn Roast Fund Raiser during the Labor Day Weekend Celebration. This event will start Saturday morning, August 31st and end Monday afternoon, September 2nd.
Each day the corn will be ready to devour at 11:00 AM. We will be selling corn until 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday (later if the crown demands us to) and 3:00 PM Monday. This is the best corn you may ever enjoy. It is roasted the old fashion way, except for the fire (we aren't allowed to have an open pit fire), then drenched in Cabot butter and seasoned just the way YOU like it. The corn is native Northfield corn and is the sweetest most tender corn you can imagine. There are so many spices to chose from you may want to try them all-not all at once of course!!! And then again, just the way I like it, butter only please!
Come on down get a delicious ear of corn or two and support a very worthy cause while enjoying your corn.
