The City is exploring building a City Green for the downtown. Wagner Hodgeson has been hired to analyze potential locations based on what people might like to see in a City Green. An urban green, like a village green, but for a downtown, has been in City plans to be located in City Center for over a decade.

The City does not own any land for this potential new park space. Before dedicating funding to purchase a site, the City hired Wagner Hodgson to recommend what might go in such a space, how much land is needed, and where such a site exists. The result of this study will be provided to the City Council as a recommendation for their consideration.

Wednesday's meeting is a preview of their recommendation in draft form. Please come and provide your thoughts!
