Here are some key items on our agenda.

→ ENCAMPMENTS UPDATE
We'll hear from the administration regarding encampments in Burlington. This is an issue we hear from many of you on regularly - I strongly encourage you to attend and provide your perspective in the public comment portion of the meeting.

→ COMMUNITY SAFETY UPDATE
We'll hear from the administration regarding safety and hot spot updates. This is also an issue we hear from many of you on regularly - I again encourage you to come provide your perspective in the public comment portion of the meeting.

→ CHAMPLAIN PARKWAY PROJECT AUTHORIZATION
The DPW is requesting authorization to finalize their contract for Champlain Parkway construction.

→ RESOLUTION: REQUESTING VERMONT'S CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION WORK WITH US AIR FORCE TO REPLACE CURRENT F-35 MISSION
This resolution requests Vermont's congressional delegation look into replacing the F-35 mission with one that emits less harmful noise.

→ RESOLUTION: IN REMEMBRANCE OF WILLIAM "BILL" KEOGH SR.
City Councilors are presenting a resolution in remembrance of Bill Keogh, a lifelong Burlingtonian and a man devoted to serving the city.

→ RESOLUTION: ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR BURLINGTON ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT
The BED is seeking to bring forward a revenue bond at the November ballot. This bond would provide funding for continued investment in critical infrastructure and Net Zero Energy goals in a way that reduces pressure on BED's retail rates and annual budgets. Since BED is funded by ratepayers, this bond will not have tax implications.
