We're opening the front door for folks to come and join us in the Growing Homes Initiative. Front Door is a great way to start the journey with us. Here we'll provide an overview of the initiative and get you introduced to our coaches who will get you started on the journey to learning, growing, healing and economic empowerment!
In collaboration with Champlain Housing Trust (CHT), the Growing Homes Initiative aims to support community members with lived experiences of racial trauma. It offers cultural access, community involvement, and guidance on the path to overall wellness, including economic wellness. Phase One (six months) of Growing Homes is the first step in the roll-out of a program targeted at healing and reducing the racial wealth gap, up to and including home and land ownership!

Participants will be welcomed into culturally empowering and affinity spaces and offered monthly financial wellness sessions. They will have access to our Empowerment Coaches and will be offered access to special cultural and financial events as space permits. Growing Homes is a culturally and economically empowering initiative that will offer participants the ability to learn, grow, heal and build wealth.
