What: Rights & Democracy is hosting a Rally for Housing Justice on Saturday August 10th from 1-3pm at Battery Park, Burlington. We'll hear from elected officials with policy proposals that can improve housing for everyone and listening to community members tell us how the housing crisis has affected their lives and what we can do to make a difference. Free food will be provided by the People's Kitchen and the event is open to all. We hope you'll come and stand in solidarity with the thousands of Vermonts looking to secure their human right to fair housing, please join us at Battery Park, Burlington, 1-3pm on Saturday August 10th.
Speakers will include Senator Tanya Vyhovsky, State Representative Kate Logan, and more to follow.
