Join us on Saturday, August 17th and learn how to make your summer more delicious in our Peaches, Plums, & Pluots class!
Taught by Mia Snow, this class will feature some of the best local stone fruits around in three delectable desserts: a frangipane toast, torte, and galette. We'll talk about other ways to change it up by adding different flavorings or spices, using other types of flour, and baking in a variety of pan sizes -- all the while sampling everything we made!
