The Ai Chi Yoga class at the Bridges Resort has changed its time from 5pm to 4:30pm today! Sorry for the late notice!
Ai Chi is similar to Tai Chi, but it's performed in water and is a strengthening and relaxation technique. Ai Chi helps with flexibility, balance, core strength, and circulation. The pool at the Bridges is kept a a warm temperature ideal for this - yo will leave feeling pleasantly relaxed and calm. There is pricing for non members, and Bridges renters for classes as well as multi packs for this class and the water aerobics class that meets Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 10:30am.
