I'm a local business owner who has been battling a complicated combination of chronic illnesses for the past year. My heart has taken a beating from being so ill for so long, and I have a long road ahead, but I'm fighting for my life. Last year, I began fundraising for stem cell therapy, but right now, I need further medical testing before I can receive treatment. The cost of these tests is $1,000.

While I'm unable to work full-time due to my illness, I'm hosting a bake sale with the help of my wonderful boyfriend, who provides me with free butter from his job at Vermont Creamery. Bake Sale Menu:
• 9-inch Apple Pie (from our apple trees): Suggested donation of $25-$30
• Ginger Cardamom Scone: Suggested donation of $4 each or $20-$22 per batch (eight scones)
• Black Magic Cookie Bar (with chocolate chips, walnuts, and marble cookie batter): $4 each or $25-$35 for a whole batch
• Brownies: $20-$30 per batch, or $25-$35 with walnuts
• Oatmeal Currant Cookies: $4 each or $25 per batch
• Smootches: Sunflower butter cookie with a chocolate kiss. Suggested donation of $4 each or $30 per batch
• Brandy Chocolate Chip: $4 each or $25 per batch

How to Order:
I will be taking orders throughout August, Labor Day, and early Autumn until we run out of apples. To place an order, please contact me via telephone or email.

When you contact me, please include:
• Your telephone number or email address
• The bake sale item(s) you'd like to order

Once I receive your order, I will bake your items and contact you when they are ready for pickup or delivery.
