JUSTICE OF PEACE DUTIES:* Supervise SB elections in March every year & March/Aug/Nov every 2 years
* Hear & decide property tax appeals 2 to 3 times per year
* Hear & decide tax abatement requests
Optional duties: Get certified & act as Notary Public for notarizing documents. Perform mariages as
officient for VT marriage licenses
