Outdoor Yoga At Living Tree Alliance with Anjali Budreski
Sunday August 11th, 2024 from 9:30-11 am
Join Certified Yoga Teacher & Life Coach, Anjali Budreski for a beautiful, gentle and slow outdoor yoga practice at the Living Tree Pavilion. We will begin with a guided centering and move through a well-rounded practice to connect with the land of harvest, our own hearts, and each other in community.
Take in the sights and sounds of nature, listen to the wind and feel your feet on the earth as we
move and flow in harmony with Mother Earth.
Please Bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, cool comfy clothing (layers are great) and a journal and pen.
If you have any props you like to bring such as an extra blanket to sit on, feel free to bring that as well.
After class, you are welcome to stay and pick veggies or flowers from the garden.
$20 per person or pay what you are able. Please bring cash or check or you are welcome to Venmo.
