About this work: Cambridge has begun a "Scoping Study" that explores safer connections and improved linkages for our popular Greenway Trail. We will study different design options that consider technical feasibility and up-front and ongoing costs, all through a process of public input and guidance. This meeting and the public survey are the first of two of each. A second meeting and survey this Fall will discuss and ask for specific feedback on different design options.

This Scoping Study is funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration and the Town of Cambridge through the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) Municipal Assistance Section (MAS). It aligns with the Town's past activities to promote mobility, recreation, public health, and economic vibrancy in Cambridge. This study also builds on the community-wide benefits of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, with which the Greenway Trail directly connects.
