The PC will enter executive session at 6:30pm to discuss personnel issues. The public is invited to join the regular portion of the meeting beginning at 7:00pm.

The PC will review a draft of zoning amendments from the consultant, designed to create better neighborhoods and more housing, especially for first-time home buyers, young families, and seniors. The project's goal is to make it easier and less expensive to develop new housing in Jericho by making the regulations more flexible and less restrictive.
