Outdoor Yoga every Monday and Thursday morning at 8:00am with Brandon Yoga Center teacher.

If the weather allows, we will practice behind the Brandon Inn in downtown Brandon VT.

A gentle flow great for all levels. Classes begin with a slow warm up, then flow into a mindful asana (posture) sequence and wind down into a silent savanna to allow your mind, body, and spirit to unite.
