Approving the minutes of the July 23, 2024 Special Meeting. Action likely. Approving the agenda for the August 6, 2024 Meeting. Action likely.

5:35 Approving modification to the EWP agreement with New England engineers due to the July 10, 2024 flood, granting the Select Board Chair authority to sign the Department of Environmental Conservation Stream Alteration and US Army Corps of Engineers permits and considering the maintenance agreements for these EWP projects going forward. Action likely.

5:45 Reviewing the draft permit application for ROW use. Action possible.
